Looking for a better job while still employed is personal. Everyone involved, staff and coaches alike, agrees to keep each applicant’s information confidential.
- Each applicant picks a privacy level: staff only, vetted volunteers, an anonymous summary, or public. It can be changed at any time.
- Employers never see an applicant’s current pay, shul, or other personal details shared with us.
- Information is never sold, and is shared only as each applicant chooses.

- Does it cost anything?
- No. Applying, counseling, resume help and introductions are all free.
- Do I have to be out of work?
- No. Many of the people we help are working now and want something better. Every search is kept discreet.
- Will my current employer find out?
- Not from us. Each applicant chooses how visible to be, and employers never see current pay or personal details.
- Who will I work with?
- Our team, and a volunteer coach from our community who knows the field. Every coach agrees to keep applicant information confidential.
